2. Move the left foot sideways to a sitting stance to B while slowly extending the left middle punch toward D. |

5. Bring the left foot to the right foot then move the right foot sideways to a sitting stance to A while slowly extending the right middle punch toward D. |

8. Move the right foot to a right walking stance toward E with a right high inner forearm outward side block toward E. |
9. Left front snap kick toward E. |
