Description |
1. Begin in Close Ready Stance A (as if holding sword face high) at C facing D. |
2. move the left foot to left sparring stance to B with a twin forearm block facing B. |
3. Right high inward knife hand strike to B, bringing the left fist in front of the right shoulder. |
4. Slip the left foot to left fixed stance with left middle jab to B. |
5. Bring the left fo ot to the right foot, then move the right foot to a right sparring stance to A with a twin forearm block. |
6. Left high inward knife hand strike to A, bringing the right fist in front of the left shoulder. |
7. Slip the right foot to a fixed stance with right middle jab to A. |
8. Bring the right foot to the left foot and then form a right bending stance (bring left foot to inside of right knee) with left forearm guarding block toward D. |
9. Left middle side piercing kick to D, keeping both hands toward D. |
10. Lower the left foot to left sparring stance to D with a left knife hand guarding block facing D. |
11. Move the right foot to right sparring stance to D with a right knife hand guarding block facing D. |
12. move the left foot to left sparring stance to D with a left knife hand guarding block facing D. |
13. Move the right foot to right walking stance to D with a right middle spear hand thrust to D and left palm downward block at the same time (Ki-hap!). |
14. Pivot left on the right foot as move the left foot to left sparring stance to E with a twin forearm block facing E. |
15. Right high inward knife hand strike to E, bring left fist in front of right shoulder. |
16. Slip the left foot to a fixed stance with left middle jab to E. |
17. Bring the left foot to the right foot, then move the right foot to a right sparring stance to F with a twin forearm block. |
18. Left high inward knife hand strike to E, bring right fist in front of left shoulder. |
19. Slip the right foot to a fixed stance with right middle jab to E. |
20. Bring the right foot to the left foot and then move the left foot to left walking stance to C with right forearm circular block facing C, (cross forearms, left guarding over right, pull back to left ready fist). |
21. Right front snap kick to C, keeping hands as in 20. |
22. Lower the right foot to right walking stance to C with a left middle punch. |
23. Left forearm circular block facing C, (cross forearms, right guarding over left, pull back to right ready fist). |
24. Left front snap kick to C, keeping hands as in 23. |
25. Lower the left foot to left walking stance to C with a right middle punch. |
26. Pivot left on left foot to a left bending stance (bring right foot to inside of left knee) with right forearm guarding block facing C. |
27. Right middle side piercing kick to C, keeping both hands toward C. |
28. Lower the right foot naturally beside the left foot, then pivot left on the right foot as move the left foot to left sparring stance to B with left forearm guarding block facing B. |
29. Move the left foot to the right foot then move the right foot to right sparring stance to A with a right forearm guarding block facing A (Ki-hap!). Bring the right foot back to close ready stance A. |
