Chon-Ji White Belt Pattern:
Literally translated means "Heaven and Earth". In the orient it is interpreted as the creation of the world, or the beginning of human history . Therefore, it is the initial pattern practised by the beginner. It consists of two similar parts, one representing Heaven and the other Earth.

Ready Posture - PARALLEL READY STANCE

• Stances: walking stance, sparring stance.
• Blocks: low outer forearm, middle inner forearm
• Strikes: foreward fist punch

	1. Begin in parallel stance with a heaven hand, at X facing front D.
	2. Move left foot to left walking stance low block to B.
	3. Move right foot to right walking stance middle punch to B.
	4. Pivot right (clockwise 180 degrees) on left foot as move right foot c to right walking stance low block to A.
	5. Move left foot to left walking stance middle punch to A.
	6. Pivot left on right foot (90 degrees) as move left foot to left walking stance low block to D.
	7. Move right foot to right walking stance low block to D.
	8. Pivot right (clockwise 180 degrees) on left foot as move right foot to right walking stance low block to C.
	9. Move left foot to left walking stance middle punch to C.
	10. Pivot left on right foot (90 degrees) as move left foot to left sparring stance inner forearm block to A.
	11. Move right foot to right walking stance middle punch to A.
	12. Move right foot clockwise to right sparring stance inner forearm block to B.
	13. Move left foot to left walking stance middle punch to B.
	14. Move left foot to left sparring stance inner forearm block to C.
	15. Move right foot to right walking stance middle punch to C.
	16. Move right foot clockwise to right sparring stance inner forearm block to D.
	17. Move left foot to left walking stance middle punch to D.
	18. Move right foot forward to right walking stance middle punch to D.
	19. Move right foot back toward C with left walking stance middle punch to D.
	20. Move left foot back toward C with right walking stance middle punch to D. (Ki-hap!).
