Is the pseudonym of the patriot Ahan Ch'ang Ho. (1876-1938). The 24 movements represent his entire life, which he devoted to furthering the education of Korea and its independence movement. |

1. Begin in Parallel Ready Stance, at C facing D. | |||
2. Move the left foot to left walking stance to B with left outer forearm block. | |||
3. Right middle punch to B. | |||
4. Move the left foot on line AB, then move the right foot to right walking stance to A with right outer forearm block. | |||
5. Left middle punch to A. | |||
6. Move the left foot to left sparring stance to D with left knife hand guarding block facing D. | |||
7. Move the right foot to right walking stance to D with right spear hand thrust. | |||
8. Twist right hand inward and downward extension toward F as you pivot left foot to a sparring stance facing D. | |||
9. Immediately pivot left on the right foot as you move the left foot counterclockwise around to left walking stance to D with high left backfist side strike to D. | |||
10. Move the right foot to right walking stance to D with a high right backfist strike to D (Ki-hap!). | |||
11. Pivot left on right foot as move the left foot counterclockwise to left walking stance to E with left outer forearm block. | |||
12. Right middle punch to E. | |||
13. Move the left foot on line EF, then move the right foot to right walking stance to F with right outer forearm block. | |||
14. Left middle punch to F. | |||
15. Move the left foot to left walking stance toward A with high twin outer forearm wedging block toward A. | |||
16. Right middle front snap kick toward A , keeping hands as in 15. | |||
17. Lower the right foot to right walking stance toward A with right and left middle punch to A, immediately and continuously. | |||
18. Move the right foot to right walking stance toward B with high twin outer forearm wedging block to B. | |||
19. Left middle front snap kick to B, keeping hands as in 18. | |||
20. Lower the left foot to left walking stance toward B with left and right middle punch to B, immediately and continuously. | |||
21. Move the left foot to left walking stance to C with left high block. | |||
22. Move the right foot to right walking stance to C with right high block. | |||
23. Pivot left on the right foot and move the left foot counterclockwise to B to form a sitting stance toward F with left knife hand side strike to B. | |||
24. Move the left foot to the right foot, then move the right foot to A to form a sitting stance toward E with a right knife hand side strike to A (Ki-Hap!). End. Bring the right foot back to parallel ready stance |
