White Belt Pattern:
Literally translated means "Heaven and Earth". In the orient it is interpreted as the creation of the world, or the beginning of human history . Therefore, it is the initial pattern practised by the beginner. It consists of two similar parts, one representing Heaven and the other Earth. |

3. Move right foot to right walking stance middle punch to B. | |||
4. Pivot right (clockwise 180 degrees) on left foot as move right foot c to right walking stance low block to A. | |||
5. Move left foot to left walking stance middle punch to A. | |||
6. Pivot left on right foot (90 degrees) as move left foot to left walking stance low block to D. | |||
7. Move right foot to right walking stance low block to D. | |||
8. Pivot right (clockwise 180 degrees) on left foot as move right foot to right walking stance low block to C. | |||
9. Move left foot to left walking stance middle punch to C. | |||
10. Pivot left on right foot (90 degrees) as move left foot to left sparring stance inner forearm block to A. | |||
